Many of us operate on emotional autopilot, reacting to life’s experiences without awareness or volition. Being emotional agile is about being flexible and not rigid or stuck with our patterned reactions. Instead emotionally agility allows us choice how to respond to our emotional warnings system. Each week we will move through the emotions of our Chakra system and reflect how we respond to these emotions and how we can be more emotional agile.

Stacie joined us in 2015. Initially, she had been working for 13 years as an educational consultant with high pay and great benefits, but a very toxic environment.
After working with the Indigo team for 12 weeks, her life trajectory began to shift in a positive way.
She also quit her job and opened a successful business that brings her fulfilment and freedom of choice. Even her parenting style has been positively impacted.
Through simple, time-effective meditation and mindset changes, She learned to understand herself better, reconnected with her inner strength and found the courage to make some major life decisions.
Stacie got so inspired by the transformation she went through at Indigo Center, she began to write a novel and chose to take the next step by enrolling in our Yoga Teacher’s Training.
In her own words, she said “Indigo programmes opened up many possibilities in my life.”
When Michael first met us, he wasn’t into yoga. Basically, yoga wasn’t his thing.
However By working with the Indigo team, he quickly found that yoga is for everybody, but you just need the right approach suitable to you.
Thanks to our hands-on guidance and supportive atmosphere at our studio, He lost weight, became stronger and elevated his mindset.
This led him to a new healthier lifestyle, more empowered choices and more freedom.

Better yet, as a result of practicing mindfulness, He outgrew his previous job and found a better position as a team leader in a better company with great culture.
When Bethany connected with us in 2016, her life was in a very different place. She was a successful HR Executive at a major corporation but the burn out was taking a toll on her health and personal life.
Basically, she was always putting her wellbeing on hold. She struggled with low energy, weight challenges and her social life wasn’t great.
But as the Indigo Team began working with her, the transformation was noticeable quickly.
Her health improved greatly: She healed her injuries, adopted a better diet, increased her energy and bone density, and more.
She also got the clarity and courage to quit her job, now she has a more prosperous, confident and energized life, with a new career as a consultant.
