Hatha Flow

This slow flowing practice gives more fundamental understanding of alignment, deepening your practice through breath connection, introspection and body awareness.


Hatha Yoga

In this class, postures are practiced to promote strength and flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques are integrated with the poses. This class incorporates  standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Suitable for all levels 


Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle yoga practice using props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc) to help open and relax the body and mind in a safe and assisted way. The postures are held for up to five minutes with a focus on the breath to bring the student into a state of ease and well-being. In a gentle restorative class the postures slowly relieve tension and quiet the mind.


Restorative Movements

Restorative Movements is a yoga practice designed to restore the nervous system and help release deep held tensions. This class incorporates gentle Hatha Yoga movements along with breath work and yoga props  to facilitate in opening and relaxing the body and mind in a safe and assisted way. For any level student seeking to reduce the effects of stress.


Strength Synergy / Yoga Inspired

Strength Synergy / Yoga Inspired class will challenge your body and mind with a diverse selection of strength, mobility and stability exercises from different training modalities, Yoga, Resistance training, Mobility Conditioning.
Holistic and balance structure of the program will help each participant to build total body strength, establish an inner sense of responsibility in reducing risk of injury and improving overall well being.

Prepare to step out of your comfort zone and challenge not just your body, but also your mind, while using resistance apparatus which will create brain stimulation, improve coordination and agility.

In true synergy between mind and body, strength becomes more than just discipline and willpower. It is the drive that creates an empowered life.

We believe that strong body holds strong mind.

This class is open for all levels, ages and sizes.

Core Yoga

A strength-building inspired class combining elements from Hatha Yoga with extra core and repetitions to build internal heat.

This class will challenge your body’s deepest stabilizing muscles to make you stronger and more flexible on and off your mat.


Restorative Yoga & Meditation

Meditation is simply a conscious connection with the radiance of our true Being. Through restorative movements & postures, as well as guidance around navigating the inner world of body, mind, emotions & energy we strengthen our connection to Soul. The deliberate, quiet and mindful pace creates the possibility of greater awareness & intimacy with the whole self than is generally available in daily life and more active movement forms. Tending to ourselves in this way allows for the soul to more consistently inform our human life, leading to authentic joy, harmony & peace.


Hatha Level I/II

This practice differs from Hatha Flow in that we go a little deeper in the practice of Hatha yoga and introduce slightly more challenging postures to the students without losing our primary focus of inner connection, introspection and body awareness.


Qi Gong

Qi (Chi) Gong is China’s ancient art of self healing which combines gentle yet powerful movements, breathing techniques, visualizations and healing sounds to increase vital energy and maximize the quality of life. This practice is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners and fitness enthusiasts and perfect for beginners to yoga.


Beginners 101

The Beginners 101 Class is ideal for students who have never taken yoga before, or who want to really understand and fine-tune their asana practice. It will provide a very introductory approach to asanas (poses), as well as yoga ‘lingo’ or jargon, expectations and ‘norms’ of the yoga studio, how to use props, and ways to make your practice serve you.


Saturday Flow

Be inspired to move in a flow that is lead by breath and body connection with cues that will ensure body alignment.


Yang to Yang Yoga

This class blends two styles of yoga; yin and vinyasa, harmonizing the mind and body. For the first half of the class we will engage in creative breath-based movement coupled with pranayama (breathing exercises). Next we will allow the body to melt through deeply held tension through the yin yoga practice, all while exploring the nature of the mind.


Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is an ancient Chinese practice that combines mindfulness meditation and focused pranayama awareness (breath work) designed to help relieve stress, alleviate tension, target deep fascia and promote blood and oxygen flow. This practice is great for people recovering from injuries, athletes looking to increase their range of motion and students who are looking for a companion to Yang practice.


Mindfulness Yoga for Moms

As moms, we spend most of our energy caring for those around us. Take a break from your busy life and check in with yourself. Combining yoga, mindfulness and meditation techniques, and paying particular attention to areas of concern, challenge and common injury for moms (i.e., core muscles, pelvic floor, etc), this class will help you reconnect with your inner self, while helping to relax, tone and strengthen your body and mind.
