Hatha Flow

This slow flowing practice gives more fundamental understanding of alignment, deepening your practice through breath connection, introspection and body awareness.

Indigo Yoga Barre

Yoga Barre is an amazing blend of Yoga, dance and Pilates combined into a energetic and deep workout that encourages movement, breath, flexibility and stamina while sculpting and toning the body. This class is great for all levels of practitioners.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle yoga practice using props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc) to help open and relax the body and mind in a safe and assisted way. The postures are held for up to five minutes with a focus on the breath to bring the student into a state of ease and well-being. In a gentle restorative class the postures slowly relieve tension and quiet the mind.

Hatha Restorative Yoga

Hatha Restorative Yoga is a yoga practice designed to restore the nervous system and help release deep held tensions. This class incorporates yoga movements along with props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc) to facilitate in opening and relaxing the body and mind in a safe and assisted way. For any level student seeking to reduce the effects of stress.

Gentle Vinyasa

Gentle Vinyasa is a one hour practice that takes you through the fundamentals of a vinyasa flow. You are encouraged to deeply connect with your breath and feel the way your breath translates through your body during a steady asana practice. You will develop the foundation of all your postures, encouraging a sense of strength and mountain like stability while staying gentle, open and soft through your breath. All levels welcome! 



Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and the spine supported. This class is about building and strengthening your core while improving posture, muscular endurance and flexibility. The use of breath through movement is emphasized as is proper postural alignment. Modifications for exercises are provided to address all levels. Expect a total body workout.

Core Yoga

A strength-building inspired class combining elements from Hatha Yoga with extra core and repetitions to build internal heat.

This class will challenge your body’s deepest stabilizing muscles to make you stronger and more flexible on and off your mat.

Yoga & Meditation

Explore your body and mind with yoga postures, breath and meditation.
Every month the class covers a new theme that is reflected in the meditation and yoga poses. Explore how these themes relate to your own life.
This class is great for all levels of students.

Hatha Level I/II

This practice differs from Hatha Flow in that we go a little deeper in the practice of Hatha yoga and introduce slightly more challenging postures to the students without losing our primary focus of inner connection, introspection and body awareness.

Qi Gong

Qi (Chi) Gong is China’s ancient art of self healing which combines gentle yet powerful movements, breathing techniques, visualizations and healing sounds to increase vital energy and maximize the quality of life. This practice is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners and fitness enthusiasts and perfect for beginners to yoga.

Kripalu Yoga

Beginner Gentle Yoga is a gentle Hatha yoga practice with a compassionate approach, based in the Kripalu tradition. The classes usually begin with breath awareness and gentle stretches followed by a series of individual poses and final relaxation.

Saturday Flow

Be inspired to move in a flow that is lead by breath and body connection with cues that will ensure body alignment.

Yin Yang Yoga

This class blends two styles of yoga; yin and vinyasa, harmonizing the mind and body. For the first half of the class we will engage in creative breath-based movement coupled with pranayama (breathing exercises). Next we will allow the body to melt through deeply held tension through the yin yoga practice, all while exploring the nature of the mind.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is an ancient Chinese practice that combines mindfulness meditation and focused pranayama awareness (breath work) designed to help relieve stress, alleviate tension, target deep fascia and promote blood and oxygen flow. This practice is great for people recovering from injuries, athletes looking to increase their range of motion and students who are looking for a companion to Yang practice.

Phoenix Rising Yoga

This class is suitable for any level of experience because it is taught in a slower pace.
Phoenix Rising Yoga is similar yet uniquely different from a usual yoga class. All the regular effects of strengthening and stretching, boosting the immune system, opening joints, and improved balance are there. Additionally, Phoenix Rising Yoga classes are grounded in a mindfulness approach to yoga.Each class is taught in a safe manner where you are in charge of where you are in each posture. In this way, you can find the alignment, strength and flexibility that acknowledges and honours your own unique needs and intentions. This experience of ‘self-sensing’ and ‘self-awareness’ becomes a tool that is carried into daily life.
